The Red Coalition Inc. is a registered non-profit organization that consists of a group of like-minded people from all walks of life, shapes, colors and sizes; lobbying for one common goal, which is to eliminate the practice of racial profiling and systemic racism within Canada; while raising clarity and awareness to the mental health issues and public health problems it is causing amongst it's citizens. We currently do not receive any government funding or foundation money. We are the only registered lobby group in all of Canada fighting for the rights of Canadians against racial profiling and 1 of only 3 lobby groups fighting against systemic racism.

The RC fights for equality rights every day by:
• litigating as appellate in test cases;
• monitoring how unions represent minority groups;
• lobbying governments;
• acting as a government watchdog on matters of discrimination, racism, policies and action plans;
• educating the community through workshops & seminars;
• working with private businesses to fight racism and discrimination;
• working with school boards;
• working with companies to develop diversity and inclusion programs;
• providing training and seminars on anti-discrimination, diversity and inclusion;
• conducting reviews of existing programs;
• initiating electronic petitions to federal and provincial legislatures
• class-action lawsuits
